Shoreline Sightseeing, Chicago's largest and most diverse boat touring company, celebrates their 73rd anniversary in 2012! Shoreline has welcomed group tours from all over the world to their popular Architecture Cruises and Skyline Boat Tours plus special tours including Lake Michigan Sunset Tours, Fireworks Cruises and Architecture Fireworks combo cruises.
Shoreline's famous Architecture Cruises are led by professional and entertaining guides who tell the story of Chicago's rise from the Great Fire of 1871 to become the birthplace of the skyscraper and the home of modern American architecture. The cruise highlights over 40 landmark buildings along the historic Chicago River. Multiple departures daily. Group rates. Box lunches available with advance notice.
Shoreline's popular Skyline Lake Michigan Boat Tours showcase the entire panorama of Chicago's famous skyline The tour is accompanied by a professionally produced narration on the city's colorful history and famous landmarks. Our season for Architecture Cruises and Skyline Tours begins in mid-March and runs through November, weather permitting.
Sunset Cruises run daily from May to August and Fireworks Cruises follow the Navy Pier fireworks schedule, usually from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend.
