Covering more than 77,000 square miles in the central U.S., Nebraska truly is a land of many contrasts. Densely wooded bluffs tower above the Missouri River that forms the state’s eastern border.

The Platte River Valley bisects the state from east to west cutting through some of the world’s richest farmland. The untamed Sandhills region in the north-central
part of the state is the largest stabilized sand dune area in North America. And the western Panhandle is characterized by large rock formations and pine-studded buttes. Nebraska’s two largest cities, Omaha and Lincoln, offer a surprisingly cosmopolitan atmosphere. But if big cities are not your thing, you’re in luck! Small towns, charming farmsteads, sprawling ranches, and inviting recreational areas make up the majority of the state.Locations
