With thousands of miles of coastline, Maine is steeped in more than two hundred years of maritime history. Our diverse coastline starts with the broad sandy beaches in the south, transforming into a rockbound coast dotted with more than 60 lighthouses as you head north and east. Along the way, you'll find an interesting assortment of historical and cultural attractions.
Beyond the coast is a part of Maine that relies upon the forests, rivers, mountains
and lakes to sustain historic communities. Groups may embark upon a moose safari on picturesque lakes, run the rapids in a whitewater raft, schuss down world-class ski slopes or enjoy our stunning colors that paint the mountainsides every fall.Locations
