Take the opportunity to explore labyrinthine underground caves with impressive stalactites and stalagmites, bat colonies, rock paintings and underground waterfalls. Rock DivingYou may even be able to swim – we have some of the world’s longest subterranean waterways. If you prefer to climb in the open-air, our mountains include both live and extinct volcanoes. Feel the adrenalin rush as you climb an active volcano, breathing in air laden with sulphur, or marvel at the beauty of nature as you climb slopes covered with tropical rainforest. Guided treks on horseback are widely available, especially on the Caribbean mainland, and accessible to experienced and inexperienced riders alike.
