Relax and enjoy the clip-clop of horses’ hooves as you experience the beautiful Lancaster County countryside with Aaron & Jessica’s Buggy Rides. Then venture on to Intercourse Canning Company to taste many local canned favorites, and see the canning process. Across the street take a leisurely stroll through Kitchen Kettle Village, where you can shop at over 40 unique specialty shops or listen to “Banjo Jimmy”. Check into your hotel to freshen up and then head to Freedom Chapel Dinner Theatre for your evening entertainment.

DAY 2
Start with breakfast at your hotel, or enjoy breakfast at downtown Lancaster’s Central Market – the oldest farmer’s market in the country! Spend time shopping for local crafts or foods and then on to the National Quilt & Textile Museum and/or Heritage Center Museum. Both are within walking distance of the Market. Learn about Lancaster’s heritage and see the exquisite handiwork in dozens of Lancaster County quilts. Lunch at Good ‘N Plenty Restaurant and then you are off on a farmland tour adventure including a knowledgeable guide who will treat you to stops at off-the-beaten-path businesses run by our Amish or Mennonite neighbors. Following dinner, take the Candlelight Tour at the Amish Farm & House.

DAY 3
After breakfast at your hotel you can bargain hunt for designer items at either Rockvale Outlets or Tanger Outlets, then visit the National Christmas Center – a great stop any time of year!
